KVM OPC Server makes the live data of your Kytola flow monitoring system available to other plant systems: DCS, SCADA, historians and mill information systems. It runs inside KVMServer, so there is no separate server to install or maintain
OPC UA and OPC DA at the same time
Modern clients connect over OPC UA, classic clients over OPC DA. Both see the same values, quality and timestamps
What you get
- Every station and measuring point: flow, totals, alarms and online status
- The tag tree follows your KVM configuration automatically when the configuration changes
- Alarms as OPC UA events, with acknowledgement from the client side
- Bad quality is reported when a station goes offline, so connected systems always know whether a value is current
Secure by default
OPC UA connections are encrypted and signed, and clients sign in with their KVM user accounts
Drop-in replacement for the previous OPC server
Existing OPC DA client configurations connect to KVMServer 2026 unchanged: the same server name and tag names as before
Licensing
KVM OPC Server is a separately licensed add-on, purchased in addition to the KVMServer license. The OPC license is a lifetime license bound to the KVMServer computer
