KVMControl 2026: Clearer gauges

Every lubrication point tells a story through its flow value, and in KVMControl 2026 that story is easier to read. The measurement point gauges have been redesigned for the control room: cleaner shapes, consistent colors and a layout that stays readable at a distance

Thresholds you can see

Each gauge now draws its alarm zones in proportion to the actual limits set for that measurement point. A point with a set point of 2.00 L/min, a high limit of 2.50 and a low limit of 1.50 shows exactly where its value sits relative to those limits, not on a fixed generic scale. Zones always appear in the same order, LO-LO, LO, SP and HI, so operators learn the layout once and read every gauge the same way

Consistent alarm colors

Alarm states use the same muted color scheme throughout KVMControl. LO-LO and LO are shades of red, HI is amber, and acknowledged alarms turn blue. Acknowledging the alarm changes the banner color, so it's obvious at a glance which alarms are still waiting for attention

Pick the style that fits

You can choose a gauge style for each measurement point. Options include vertical and horizontal bars, an arc gauge and a digital readout. OCU points get an extended card that also shows the operating mode and has local/auto controls

Built for large systems

Up to 96 measurement points can be shown on one screen with smooth updates, even on modest control room PCs. The selected point is outlined in blue, making it easy to keep track of while browsing large systems
